If you have to cancel your participation at the Conference, please, immediately let us know.
Before November 18, 2011, we refund your registration fee with a service charge of 20%.
No refund after November 18.

Please be informed that in case of cancellation of the hotel reservation later then 7 days before arrival or non arrival cancellation fee is 100% of the room rate for the whole period of reservation. If you would like to change the dates of reservation it can be done without any extra fee. Please inform us about any changes beforetime.
